ABSTRACT:This article mainly analyzes and describes the property and current development prospects of the third generation non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug diclofenac sodium. And stressly introduce on some of its synthetic process routes. In addition, relevant information such as process conditions, raw material types, and factors affecting the yield of each synthesis route is specifically proposed. Finally, the defects of the synthesis process of diclofenac sodium and the development trend of its further research are described.
